We strive to be good citizens in the community, and send out a crew of volunteers as soon as possible after the event to remove our signage. Because we are all volunteers, it may take a couple of days. In the event we have miss some, please advise through this form specifically where you may have seen some signs.
Each year some signs are blown loose by wind or thrown aside by vandals. We appreciate the assistance of any member of the community who may assist us in locating these signs for cleanup and reuse.
Any signs or banners which we lose must be replaced, reducing the funds we can pay out to our charitable recipients.
In some years we may have a limited number of spaces for new exhibitors. When openings are available, we evaluate requests for participation based on a number of criteria, including the mix of dining experiences we are aiming for.
Each year we must decline a number of potential exhibitors, so please understand if we are unable to accommodate your request.
